Cappuccino and Latte Add 15-20 ml of syrup to a cup of Cappuccino or Cafe Lattes. Adjust to taste for larger cups. Use in whipped cream and steamed milk.

Espresso Granita Use two 750 ml Bottles of Oscars Syrup, six 750 ml bottles of water and 2 liters of non dairy creamer. Add to frozen beverage machine. Freeze and serve. Makes 2 Gallons. Use 2 cups of ice, 1 oz of syrup and fresh frozen fruit. Blend well and serve.

Italian Sodas Fill a soda Glass with 11 oz soda. Add 1 ounce Oscars syrup. Stir and serve. Float syrup on top and let drizzle down inside of glass for and interesting effect.

Ice Cream Topper Use on ice cream and frozen yogurt
